Scope
All kinds of thin-film device applications of carbon nanotube, graphene, novel 2D materials, and related materials are included in the scope of this satellite symposium, e.g, (a) active electronic and optical devices such as FETs, TFTs, and optical switches, (b) sensors such as bio sensors, gas sensors, and MEMS/NEMS sensors, (c) passive elements such as transparent conductive films and interconnections, and so on. Fundamental physics and technologies related to those applications such as growth, purification/separation, film formation, printing technology, device fabrication and characterization are also covered.
